Led by Partners for Sight VP and General Manager, Susan Olivo, a cadre of Reader's Digest employees, friends and relatives recently converged on Visions Vacation Camp for the Blind to help get it ready for the summer camping season. Situated on 35 acres in New Hempstead, NY, the camp boasts a newly renovated swimming pool with sloped entry, self-guided nature trail, gymnasium and fitness center, outdoor bowling alley, adapted computer lab, and a private 5-acre lake with fishing dock. "It's very rewarding just to get out there and do something physical, especially when it's for the benefit of these campers", said Olivo about the RD group's clean-up mission. "And we had fun, too!"
